Seafood Island, Eastwood Quezon City

Baked Oyster; this is the reason why I loved to eat seafoods. My all time favorite baked oyster topped with mozzarella and parmesan cheese with fresh Italian parsley and minced garlic to add the taste to the oyster and creaminess of the cheese.

I cannot eat to any seafood restaurant with this baked oyster as appetizer.
