August 22, 2013, I arrived in Doha to work as Chef De Partie in Shakespeare and Co. The company is a franchise restaurant of shakespeare and co. dubai. Qatar branch is owned by a Syrian national, managed by mixed nationalities like mexican, syrian, filipino in the upper management.

Shakespeare is a fine dining restaurant serving breakfast, lunch, dinner. A fusion of Italian, Mediterrenean, Arab, Western, Asian and English cuisine.
