Trivia:

Most of us loved to eat steak, whether tenderloin, porterhouse or ribeye. We want the doneness of our steak depends on our preference of how we like to eat it. I like medium rare or medium and not the rare thing. But in the middle east, Arabs don't like to eat rare to medium type of steak. They only prefer medium well and well done. They like the rubbery type of steak, its like eating a chewing gum for me. If they see juice to their steak, they will send it back to the kitchen and ask you to make it well done. They don't like steak juice, because they thought the juice is blood.
