Grilled Hamour Steak (lapu-lapu in tagalog) is one of the fish that you would like to eat. Freshly fillet seasoned with lemon juice, salt & pepper with herbs and spices. Combined with ratatouille, braised carrots, sauteed spinach and crispy fried garlic to overpower the fishy taste. With its pesto lemon and cream sauce on the side.
