Chateaubriand (Premium Steak Restaurant

Chateaubriand, Premium Steak Restaurant, working with Korean boss are much different from my other employers. I experienced language barrier and difficulties talking to them since they only understand little English. I have worked here as Sous Chef, handling applicant interviews, selecting qualified candidates, did the training for the kitchen staff, these are some of my tasks to the company.

They tagged Chateaubriand as a five star fine dining buffet restaurant which main focus is Churrasco, a Brazilian way of grilling a premium steak. Unfortunately, until now the said restaurant is still not operational, and has lot of repairs and renovations needed before the opening.
